About

My name is Dr Umit Bapisch, a German dental surgeon and founder of DK Medical Aesthetics in Dundalk, Co. Louth. I am dedicated to helping you achieve fresher, healthier-looking skin through regenerative, collagen-stimulating treatments.

I studied dental medicine in Germany and practised there for several years before moving to Ireland in 2005. During this time, I gained additional clinical experience in the Netherlands, Austria, Denmark and the UK. After retiring from dental medicine in 2018, I opened DK Medical Aesthetics in October 2019 to focus exclusively on my passion for regenerative aesthetics.

In 2025, I made the conscious decision to move away from hyaluronic acid fillers and dedicate my clinic entirely to treatments that stimulate your body’s natural collagen and elastin production.

My clinic specialises in advanced autologous therapies, including autologous platelet-derived exosomes, the i-PRF Plasma Face Lift and Bio Plasma Gel. I also offer polynucleotides and selected bio-revitalisers as non-autologous options for deep skin repair and rejuvenation.

For added convenience and discretion, I provide complimentary home visits for non-autologous treatments including bio-revitalisers, bio-remodellers, polynucleotides and botulinum toxin in Carlingford, Ravensdale, Ardee, Carrickmacross, Castlebellingham and surrounding areas.

Scalp treatments for hair restoration are performed in-clinic using autologous therapies or polynucleotides. For home visits, polynucleotides are available for scalp treatment.

With meticulous attention to detail, I aim to deliver refined, natural results while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. I am fluent in German and English, conversational in Turkish, and have experience in French and Dutch, ensuring a welcoming and personalised experience for every patient.
