Profhilo® is an innovative injectable treatment designed for tissue bio-remodelling and improvement in skin laxity, primarily on the face and neck, but also on the décolleté, hands, arms, knees and abdomen (Profhilo® Body).

What sets it apart is its high concentration of ultrapure hyaluronic acid — 64mg in 2ml, equally composed of low and high molecular weight HA. It is thermally stabilised without the use of chemical cross-linking agents (such as BDDE in HA dermal fillers). This unique formulation allows it to flow seamlessly from the injection point, diffusing across anatomical areas for even distribution.

Injected using the Bio Aesthetic Points (BAP) technique, Profhilo® acts as a potent skin stimulator, triggering bio-remodelling and hydration from within.

Profhilo® Structura

Profhilo® Structura redefines facial structure and support addressing age related fat compartment atrophy. It was designed for deeper structural remodelling clinically proven to reposition and regenerate the dynamic superficial fat pads.

Its advanced compatibility with fat cells helps counteract the flattening of facial angles and tissue descent that naturally occurs over time, resulting in a more lifted, contoured and rejuvenated facial profile.

The aging process simplified effects the bone, muscles, tissues and skin of the face, these changes take place in different areas of the face at varying times, onset at different ages for each person.

With age the volume and structure of adipose tissue change

As time progresses, the face undergoes various changes, generally resulting in two predominant ageing profiles:

Profile 1:

Thinner skin and less density in tissues

Hollow in the cheeks

Bones become more visible, especially around the temples and under the cheekbones

Profile 2:

Skin feels thicker and firmer overall

More volume tends to gather in lower areas

Skin and tissue loose support causing increased sagging and drooping

Profhilo® Structura offers a tailored approach based on these facial aging patterns with two different protocols and techniques. Once injected Profhilo® Structura activates ageing adipose fat cell receptors and encouraging them to mimic the behaviour of their youth.

The result is a more lifted, naturally contoured profile without obvious projections or the appearance of artificial enhancements.

Profhilo® Structura is clinically proven to restore superficial fat to its original position, effectively tackling age related concerns like pronounced facial hollows, skin laxity and the development of a squarer facial shape resulting from mid face fat loss.
