TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We would like to advise all patients to read through our T&C prior booking an appointment

by booking an appointment you are agreeing to our T&C.

• We will not perform any treatments on patients under age 18 if you look younger we will ask for an official ID.

• We will not perform any treatments on patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

• Consultations are mandatory prior to any treatment.

• A complete medical history will be taken and all patients should have given informed consent before any treatment is performed.

• Photographs are taken before and after treatments for medico-legal documentation purposes. These images form part of the patient’s medical record and are not used for marketing or social media.

• In some cases, patients may be invited to consent to the use of treatment images for educational, website, or social media purposes. This is entirely optional and requires a separate written consent form. Declining consent for marketing use has no impact on treatment, care, or outcomes.

• To secure an appointment, a €50 deposit applies. The deposit is fully redeemable against treatment carried out on the same day or within 2 months of the appointment date. Appointments are provisionally held for up to 24 hours. If the required deposit is not received within this time, the appointment may be released. Payment links are issued separately via WhatsApp, and appointments are confirmed only once the deposit payment has been completed.

• We require a 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment by email only to: [email protected] which will be replied with a confirmation of your request.

• Deposit payments are non-refundable and may only be transferred to a new appointment date when the required 48 hours’ notice is provided.

• In clinic appointments are taking place Saturdays in Dundalk and can be booked online.

• Home visits free of charge are offered for more privacy any other days between Carlingford, Ravensdale, Castlebellingham, Ardee, Carrickmacross and surrounding areas - daytime only - and need to be queried directly via email / WhatsApp, please note some treatments are excluded. Home visits cannot be booked online.

• Payment for treatments are due on that day.

• We accept cash and card payments.

• Cancellations without a request to reschedule you forfeit your deposit.

• Treatment plans are bespoke and created after your consultation so individual quotes may vary due to quantities of product used or combination treatments.

• Gift Cards / Vouchers in conjunction with promotions, competitions, sponsored charities etc. are non refundable or redeemable against cash and are strictly valid up to the date specified.

• Please note that treatment results can vary individually therefore it is possible that results might not come up to expectations or goals everyone reacts differently.

• If a review/correction is necessary then this will be offered within only an appropriate time frame between 14 up to 21 days post treatment. The review is free of charge only any quantity of product used for review treatment is chargeable.

• On very rare occasions patients may not be suitable for a treatment or their expectations may be unrealistic only then the clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment and only on these rare occasions the deposit will be refunded into the patients account.

• No person under the age of 18 is allowed to the treatment room due to the nature of the treatments. We kindly ask to arrange for a responsible adult to look after your children be it in clinic or during a home visit during your appointment.

• In the event of a possible adverse reaction to a product please contact us as soon as possible.

• Complaints can be made in writing to [email protected] and will receive an acknowledgement in due time.

In running and maintaining our website we may collect information voluntarily provided by you, e.g. contacting us via the email form with your name, email, phone/mobile number and other information.

We will not share, sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.

In compliance with the law only will we disclose your personal information when required to by subpoena.

We are committed to ensure that your information is secure in order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure however no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
